From scanning to completed garment in as little as 3 hours
Precise measurements are key to producing garments that deliver the correct compression levels, so we use a 3D scanner that takes 2 million measurements, accurate to within 0.5 of 1mm.
Each scan is carefully checked and processed to produce a unique pattern. No one is symmetrical and sports people, in particular, may be very asymmetrical which is why we measure and produce patterns for each limb.
All Kurio garments are handmade in our factory by our expert team in the UK. We have developed our own fabric to meet our exacting requirements which is deceptively simple on out outside and complex on the inside.
